Shaun Raymond and his well traveled fishing family recently spent a week fishing New Caledonia’s far north. During the remote live on board they caught plenty of variety of pelagics and reef fish. They encountered a good number of seriously big GT’s, all of which handed them a severe lesson in heavy tackle popper fishing in nasty territory.
